Meet Our Leaders
Rob Layton
Rob Layton is a product and technology leader with more than 15 years of experience leading startups and transforming mature organizations. He possesses expertise in product and application development, strategic analysis and planning, and IT infrastructure and governance. Rob thrives in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments by utilizing Lean Startup and product development principles and Agile methods.
Rob's passion for education and technology can be seen not only in his work but in the various volunteer work he has done, ranging from the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities to P20W Education Standards Council (PESC) to the Sheridan School. When he's not working, Rob can be found with his family or on a soccer field, and often times both.
Matt Warman
Matt Warman is an innovative technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of information systems disciplines. Throughout his career, Matt has helped companies large and small design, develop, and operate information systems in traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments. As a Principal at Hypothesis18, Matt brings his his years of technology experience to provide strategic guidance for many client initiatives.
Matt is a certified cloud architect and an avid, full-stack software developer, well versed in Java and various JavaScript dialects who enjoys creating Angular and React single-page applications. Matt designs service-oriented and microservice-based architectures and, of late, has begun implementing systems employing serverless patterns.
